When you use our contact form we collect the details you enter: your name, email address, company, phone number (optional), what you’re interested in, and your message. We also process basic technical data (such as IP address) briefly to protect the form from spam and abuse.

We use your details only to reply to your enquiry and, if you become a client, to discuss and provide our services. We do not sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.

We process enquiry data on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries, and where relevant to take steps at your request before entering into a contract.

Messages are delivered to our inbox by our email provider (Resend) and hosted on Vercel. These providers process data on our behalf. We do not otherwise share your details unless required by law.

We keep enquiry emails for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and any resulting business relationship, and then delete them.

This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies.

Under UK data protection law you can ask to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or object to how we use it. To make a request, reply to any email from us or use the contact form. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
